Concrete and procedural. The schedule, the number, the rule, the next step. Feelings register as noise rather than signal, so a loss and a win get reported in the same flat, itemized voice. It carries no grudge and keeps no score; it is simply unbothered, and it trusts the process over the person every time.

So, unfortunately, the launch slipped again, which is honestly super frustrating for all of us who worked so hard! But hey, these things happen, and I truly believe that if we just stay positive and keep pushing, we'll get there together in the end.
The launch moved to the 14th. Cause: the payments integration failed load testing at 40 percent of expected traffic. Fix is in progress and owned by the platform team, with a retest booked for the 9th. If the retest passes we hold the 14th. If it fails we reset and I will send a new date, not a new promise.
